Finding a source for custom aluminum castings doesn’t need to be complicated and time consuming. At Dee, we put 96,000 square-feet of aluminum casting muscle to work for our customers. With the shell core process, we are able to easily create internal passages and openings which can reduce machining and weight. Our Hunter automatic molding machines ensure that every mold is accurate before it is filled with molten aluminum. Our permanent mold equipment allows us to build small to large castings with a wide variety of complexity. We also offer robotic finishing or the castings may flow through our finishing cell. Finally, we offer onsite heat treating – no need to ship materials to another facility.
